Hi! 

New to BP world but feel it's more "legit" than information obtained through local fb groups - they seem to have an overload of scammers.

Looking for insight on all things REI for areas around Birmingham, Huntsville, Montgomery, Mobile!

Are there any virtual meet ups going on (since co-vid) I've searched the Meet Up app but not much luck.

I plan to start in Birmingham & want to branch out from there. Worked in Huntsville about 10 yrs ago - wish I would have been in real estate back then! 

All areas seem to be hot right now - What's your opinion/insight?

I second a zoom meeting! Doing alot of SFR stuff in Huntsville.

    I just saw your zoom post. Please let me know when you will do the next one. I am looking to invest in a property in Huntsville or Mobile or anywhere else you guys suggest. I am an out of state investor looking at the AL market. I have made 3 offers on 3 different properties in Mobile and none were accepted. Oh well, will keep on trying.

    I would also be interested in another Zoom call if one happens. I am in the Birmingham area and would love to get more familiar with Huntsville, I think it is about to explode up there.

    I'd be interested in a zoom call too! I own one property in Montgomery, AL and am looking to buy another, so would love to network with other investors, wholesalers and realtors. Let me know if there is another meetup or any groups hosting calls regarding Alabama.
