How Much to Demolish and Rebuild per sq ft?

Hi all,Looking into a single family home that’s 1 floor but needs to be taken down because of a number of issues with the property. I’m curious to know what demolition and rebuild would cost per square foot (ball park). If I moved forward with this property, I would likely make it 2 floors, 700-800 sq ft per floor.

Any input is greatly appreciated!

New York City.  Go with $100,000 for demo and dump.  Then say $1mm for the build.  Will this be Union?

30 x 25 footprint is 750 per floor.  That’s awful small.  I would check to see if you can even rebuild in what I assume is a small lot size.

Basically forget everything above.  You have to put more thought into your question or your going to waste your time with useless information.
