My name is Amos Yenpang Anaam.

23 years of age and I’m from Ghana.

I landed on this platform as a result of my search for real estate investors and partners. I’m still young and would need the guidance. For now I’ve got the perfect deal to make a name for my real estate company here in my country but I lack the most important resource of all which is the fund to kickstart and build the project to a strong level.

I’ve been offered a little bit over 5 acres of land in a promising and up coming location in the capital of the country.

The owner is not willing to sell off the land but rather go into a JV with me to develop these acres of land into a thriving and profitable neighborhood. I've looked at the new real estate companies and they are not soo good.

Hence I believe this is a chance to skip and join the bigger names in the country’s real estate industry.
