Looking For A Good Insurance Company

Hello BP Fam,

Does anyone have a good recommendation for an insurance company? I have 6 properties in Cleveland, and they're all with Allstate. I had my first claim with them, and it was hell. They put me through the wringer, and only paid about 1/5th of the costs. Anyone had a smooth experience with the claim process? Any suggestions are appreciated, thank you.

    Having a good agent that can explain your coverage options before you need to use them is more important than the particular company in my opinion. 

    A lot of the Allstate policies I review are "bare bones" or missing key coverages such as ordinance or law. This is more to do with the particular agent only caring about price and not taking time to explain things in my opinion as those options are usually available, just not selected.
