    Why would we ever hit the sidelines? There are deals to be done in every market, if you put the work in. I wish I knew "what's keeping [me] going in this market", because then I'd be able to turn it off once in a while. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones who is just addicted to doing deals. It doesn't feel like work to dig up the next property; it's what I do for fun.
