Every morning I look at my calendar and ask one question:

"Could someone else have done this?"

If the answer is yes, I'm in the wrong seat for that hour.

That audit changed how I structure my days as a CEO. My highest-ROI activity is attracting and retaining talent. That's it. Anything outside that, I should be handing off, delegating, or not doing at all.

When I was a full-time agent, the answer was different — it was prospecting. Two hours a day, non-negotiable, talking to potential sellers and clients. That was the thing that moved the needle. Everything else was noise.

I spent months confusing "busy" with "productive." Cleaning up my CRM for eight hours felt like work. It wasn't.

The question I come back to is simple: what's the one thing, if I did it every day, that actually moves this forward?

For you — what's that thing? And is it actually on your calendar today?

DM me directly if you want to think it through. I read every message.

@Andrew Bosco I couldn't agree more. As a real estate broker and property manager, prospecting should definitely be the priority because without a consistent pipeline of new clients, everything else eventually comes to a halt. It is easy to stay busy but not all busy work generates revenue.

As an agent my focus has been social media, networking and prospecting. For deals it's about always analyzing and walking properties
