Welcome @Michael Johnson. Great to meet you. Creative financing and complex deal structures have definitely become valuable skill sets in today’s market, especially with tighter lending conditions.
I run a real estate co investing club, and we’ve found that operators who stay disciplined and adaptable through changing markets tend to separate themselves over time. Looking forward to connecting.
