Introduction: Jeffrey Batista, Multifamily Investor and Founder of Resideline

Jeffrey Batista
Posted

Hi everyone,

I have connected with many people from this community in person, and I finally decided it was time to join the forum.

My name is Jeffrey. I am a full stack engineer with more than 10 years of experience and a real estate investor. I began investing in multifamily properties about eight years ago and have steadily grown my portfolio over the years.

I personally manage all of my properties, which has given me extensive hands on experience with renovations, construction, tenant management, maintenance, and the day to day realities of owning rental properties. Managing everything myself has taught me lessons that I could never have learned from books alone.

Over the past three years, I have also become fascinated with automated valuation models, commonly known as AVMs. That interest led me to found Resideline, a PropTech company focused on bringing institutional grade property valuation technology to everyday real estate investors.

I also decided to build my own AVM from the ground up. After more than two years and thousands of iterations, it has become one of the most challenging and rewarding projects I have worked on.

I recently moved from Miami to St. Pete Beach, so please feel free to reach out or invite me to any local real estate events.

I look forward to connecting, learning, and contributing to the community.

Cheers,

Jeffrey
