Looking to rent by the room in a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home

I have a single family home (1 bedroom with attached bath, 2 rooms + 1 common bath) which I want to rent out in Camp Hill, PA.

What portals can i try besides www.furnishedfinder.com?

What term is ideal for a medium term rental?

Anyone has experience managing a medium term rental? Could you share your experiences (good & bad) about managing tenants, rents, etc?

@Srinath Gopinathan Besides Furnished Finder, I would also list it on Zillow, Apartments.com and Facebook Marketplace. In my experience, 3–6 month leases tend to work well for medium term rentals. Just be sure to thoroughly screen tenants, use a solid lease agreement and clearly define utilities, furnishings and house rules upfront to avoid misunderstandings.

Most common definition of MTR is 30+ days.
Industry refers to them as "Guests" not tenants, as they have higher expectations than tenants and typically are not responsible for utilities, landscaping, etc.
In addition to websites already suggested, try Airbnb & VRBO with minimum 30 day stays.
How are setting up the property for RBR Guests?
