 Not in Cincy but I do own 30 units in Columbus and Dayton. Sell about 100-120 properties a year as an investor agent to OOS investors. Good to connect.

    If you're already looking at Cincinnati, I'd add Columbus to your list as well. Both can make sense for investors, but Columbus has stronger long-term growth drivers and has generally seen better appreciation. It's definitely worth looking at both before deciding.
