Furnished 30 day stay for Sale
I'm downsizing my mid term portfolio in Kansas City. Selling 1 SFH this year. Would this be a good place to post?

Probably the local MLs is your best bet. An investor is going to pay less than an owner occupant. Even if you saved the realtor's fees and guessed at the fair market value. You'd probably do more work and net less funds not using the MLS and a realtor. Just list it as furniture negotiable as many/most buyers are going to want you to remove most/all furniture short of maybe electronics or bed frames MAYBE. If they have ANY value to you remove them as they aren't adding value to the sale.
