I'm not really sure what is allowed or not to post in these forums .

I'm trying to figure out which kind of finance would work for a second position/equity on a 8 unit stabilires rental in MA?

You might want to try calling local commercial banks. These are very tough to find and will require a lot of legwork and due diligence on the lender.
