    I used it for a month or two but found it to be too gloom and doom. I ended up paying a lot more and going with resiclub and the data and info is incredible

       It is like telling someone they are gonna die today, then when they do he can go around telling people "i told you that was gonna happen" - been saying real estate will crash for years. Of course it will eventually happen so then they can brag they were right.
