Intrigue Indy property management

Hello,

I have used Intrigue Indy for my long-term rental and also sale for my property but they have been very poor in responses and so far have not been able to either sell or rent my property for more than over a year. Has anybody else used them and have similar experiences? I am also looking for insights into the indie market for sale and long-term rental. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Chiming in here on behalf of Intrigue. There's a lot of context being left out of Himanshu's public posts related to the condition of his property in Fountain Square and insistence upon keeping both for sale and for lease pricing above market, refusing to heed our team's advice on pricing and preventing our team from gaining any traction with the market. He's also pivoted back and forth between selling and leasing the property multiple times and he's been advised by our team about the counterproductive nature of doing this.

We definitely own the fact that, due to this lack of alignment, the team member assigned to him began to fail to meet our standard for responsiveness, and we were quick to re-assign him to another team member that has been much more responsive as soon as he brought this to our attention.

Of course, Himanshu has always been free to engage another property manager if he believes that they are capable of getting the market to do something for him that our team has been unable to succeed in doing. We do not charge an early termination fee.

  As a fellow PMC, should have (and I usually do) comment about getting both sides of the story.
  
  Have actually been in this situation!
  Actually it was worse because owner from the Netherlands tried to sue us because we terminated him and he claimed it was out fault we couldn't get the sales price he wanted. Fortunately, he couldn't find an attorney to take his case.
