Introducing myself | Thoughts on todays market

I'm excited to finally make a post here and start making some connections. 

I'm Asija, I'm a licensed real estate agent out here in Atlanta specializing in investment properties and fix and flips. I find properties for investors, work the numbers, and get to the closing table. I'm also starting to dabble in flipping some properties of my own.

The Atlanta market has been interesting to watch lately. We are in a buyers market, but there is still lots of opportunity for investors and sellers to make some money. I'd love to connect with some investors in this area to get their insight on how they feel about today market and where they think things are headed.

If you're investing in or around the metro Atlanta area, which areas do you think has some good potential for latter part of the year?

Also, for those who have been flipping for a while now, what's one lesson you've learned on your journey that has shaped the way you now invest?
