    The best place to look is NationalREIA.org for meet ups and if you are looking for more one on one there are several of us who do that,too.

    @Braden Saenz There is one in Folsom called the Folsom out of bounds meetup at meetup.com.

    look at meetup.com there a quite a few other ones also.

    We've got a whole category dedicated just to real estate meetups. Definitely see more posted on meetup.com, but have only been to ones posted on BP.
