Seeking real estate attorney recommendations

    Real estate attorneys are like doctors, they specialize in very different things. your post gives no insight as to the state or what you need an attorney for. you just say understanding contract. Is it a purchase contract, sales contract, lease contract etc.

    Biggerpockets is all about garbage in = garbage out and think of yourself in a booth where you have a 5 year old in the window, you need to tell taht 5 year old what you need and they need to relay that information to someone on the other side that you cannot communicate with.
