Looking at adding Earthquake insurance for 48 units, what insurance company and why?
We had earthquake insurance when we first built 48 townhomes in Utah. It was just so much money, so we ended that plan.
We are now rethinking that and want to look into some good options for earthquake insurance. Hoping someone here would have some good input on who is best for multi-family earthquake insurance. Any options, and why?
