I saw this platform and I thought this is it I'm going to do great here. But that hasn't been the case. I've been trying to understand I've been asking questions I've been looking here & there. Nobody answers my questions it's like dying of thirst and starving in a lake full of fish. I need help, I have questions. can somebody please help me.

Ramon, I feel you on this. When I first joined BP I posted a bunch of questions and got crickets too. What ended up helping me was narrowing down to one specific thing at a time instead of trying to figure out the whole business at once.
I'm in Coral Springs working on Broward County tax deed properties and the learning curve is real. What I'd suggest is pick ONE area to focus on first — whether that's finding deals, understanding contracts, or building a buyers list — and just go deep on that for a few weeks.
What specific questions are you stuck on? If you post them one at a time you'll probably get way more responses. People here are willing to help but "I need help with everything" is hard to answer. Happy to try to answer whatever you're working through if you want to break it down.
