@Lucas Flowers - One book that I love is Buy Back Your Time by Dan Martell.... in there he talks about the energy audit. Make a list of all things in your business that gives you energy and takes energy away from you. Once you have that list, slowly work to eliminate, systemize or delegate the items that take the most energy away from you and over time, you will create a business that is truly one where you are doing things you enjoy and everything else is being handled by systems or people. For instance, social media and bookkeeping took a ton of energy away from me in the beginning. So I hired a bookkeeper for my first hire, then a social media virtual assistant. Overtime, I delegated and systemized more and more responsibilities and now have over 30 employees and 500 doors. Its an iterative process that does not happen overnight, but if you take a systemized approach to it, it can definitely work in your favor.

I’d start with the repeatable research/admin step, not seller conversations: clean the list, verify ownership, liens, and foreclosure status, then summarize each lead in a short checklist. Keep judgment and seller contact with you; delegate the mechanical record pull once the checklist is stable. That gives time back without losing deal context.

Yeah the energy audit framework is a great way to think about it, prioritizing by what drains you most rather than just what takes the most time. Bookkeeping and social media being your first hires makes total sense, those are exactly the kind of tasks that don't require your specific judgment but still eat hours.
