A property with higher rent can look attractive at first glance, but expenses, vacancy, insurance, taxes, and financing can completely change the picture.

When comparing two rentals, do you prioritize gross rental income or focus primarily on what you expect to retain after expenses?

    we generally look at the underlying market first and then focus on more nuanced areas based on the use case the client is working towards.
