Monthly real estate meetup in Pilsen (Chicago) — casual, free, open to investors, house hackers, future buyers, and anyone curious about the local market. Good mix of local agents, investors, contractors, lenders, and other industry folks. Come talk deals, financing, renovations, and what's actually happening in Chicago neighborhoods right now.

When: Thursday, September 10th, 7:30–9:30 PM
Where: Alulu Brewery, 2011 S Laflin St, Chicago (Pilsen)
Cost: Free — grab a drink, meet people
RSVP: Comment below or send me a message

Hosted by me (Josh Reighard, Baird & Warner) — happens monthly, so if this date doesn't work, follow along here for the next one. Hope to see some BP members out.

Hey @Josh Reighard - Looks like an awesome Chicago meetup. I am usually in bed by 9 so it's hard for me to make it....but I am going to put it on my calendar to see what we can make happen.

Plus, Pilsen is an great spot to grab a beer!

I, too, am usually in bed by around 9pm so this timing may be difficult but I would love to attend Josh! Pilsen is easy for me to get to and I'd love to connect with everyone and catch up with you. If you ever change the time, please let me know. Hope all is well! :)

Hey Jennie! Great to see you on here. We may shift to an earlier time during winter. I will post next meetup soon. Would love to help you. Would also love to have you talk to group about different services you provide.
