Where are the wholesalers hiding out at?

I've just recently learned that there are wholesalers who you can get properties from. What I didn't realize, is how hard they are to find.

Call the Bandit signs in your area. They will definitely answer

@Allen Montgomery - You can go to local REIA meetings or also search craigslist....

  Interesting you said that, I went to my first KREIA meeting yesterday and met some wholesalers who knew local hard money lenders, it was a great experience, and I look forward to going to more KREIA meetings to expand my knowledge.
