Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know of any active real estate investor meet up groups happening in Mercer County or broader Central New Jersey? Alot of the local groups we have found online do not seem to be active anymore. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Great question. One thing I’ve learned is that some of the best real estate networking opportunities aren’t always the easiest ones to find online. Groups change, organizers move on, and sometimes the most active communities are built through local relationships rather than large Meetup pages.
I’d suggest expanding your search beyond Mercer County into Princeton, Hamilton, Trenton, New Brunswick, Edison, and the surrounding Central Jersey markets. Also look for events hosted by local REIAs, BiggerPockets members, real estate offices, lenders, title companies, attorneys, and property-management companies.
I’m active throughout New Jersey and the Northeast real estate investor community, so I’m always happy to connect investors with groups and events I come across.
