Hey everyone, I’m Zach. I’m with Triple Crown Capital Group, a Texas-based hard money lender, and I’m new to BiggerPockets.
I wanted to introduce myself, but more importantly, I wanted to hear from the investors on here.
For those of you actively buying or working on deals in Texas, what’s been the biggest headache when it comes to financing?
Is it:
• Getting a deal through a traditional bank • Finding enough leverage • Appraisals or ARV • Rehab or construction financing • Closing timelines • Finding a lender that understands the deal • Or just figuring out what financing structure makes the most sense?
We work with investors and builders on things like fix & flips, rehabs, rentals, new construction, and other real estate investment deals.
I’m not looking to turn this into a sales pitch. I’d genuinely like to hear what everyone is running into and what you're seeing in the market.
If you're working on a deal right now, what part of the financing process is giving you the most trouble?
