Hello,

My name is Meelad Ahmadi and I am a real estate investor in the Orange County/San DIego area. I am the managing partner at Muller Commercial Real Estate in Dana Point and would love to join the bigger pockets community. I have flipped my first home in San Diego over a year ago and am part of a development project that will include building a 15 unit apartment complex right next to USD. As someone who is still young and early in the real estate game. I am looking to connect with other investors, capital partners, and deal sourcers. If you're working on something in OC or San Diego, let's connect.

@Meelad Ahmadi, going from flipping your first home to being involved in a 15unit apartment development is quite a change. I'm curious how you've found the transition so far, especially with all the different people and moving parts involved in a larger project.

I'm a real estate attorney, broker, and investor, and I've worked with investors on projects where the agreements between the people involved became just as important as the property itself. When you're dealing with multiple parties, decisions about ownership, responsibilities, funding, and what happens if plans change can make a big difference in how smoothly things move forward.

It's great to see you getting involved in different areas of real estate early in your career, @Meelad Ahmadi. Development and investment transactions overlap quite a bit with the legal work I do, so I'd be interested to hear more about your experience with the apartment project. Happy to stay connected and exchange perspectives.
