    Hi Makayla,

    I'd recommend finding an inspector experienced with older Cleveland multifamily properties. Definitely get the sewer camera inspection, as it can uncover expensive issues like root intrusion or damaged pipes.

    Also, make sure they thoroughly check both units, including the foundation, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Have you already secured financing for the duplex, or are you still working through that process?
