Nemer, community is everything! Join the local real estate investor groups in DFW and go to every meetup you can. Show up consistently, introduce yourself, and follow up with the people you meet. Let them know where you're flipping and what kinds of deals you're looking for. Those relationships can lead you to wholesalers and introductions you wouldn't find on your own.
Pull recent cash sales in the zip codes you want and look for LLC buyers who picked up houses under market. A lot of those came through wholesalers, and the title companies that closed them can usually point you to who's active. DFW investor meetups and Facebook groups are also full of wholesalers posting deals every day.
Before you reach out, have your buy box ready: areas, price range, rehab level, and proof of funds. Wholesalers send the good deals first to buyers who say exactly what they want and close when they say they will.
If you ever look at Houston, I'm active there. Happy to add you to my list.
