Hi everyone,

My name is Griffin Malcolm, and I wanted to make a quick post offering to meet up or help anyone in their investment journeys. I am a licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson with Empire Real Estate Firm, with $3.3 million closed and pending so far in 2026. I work with first-time buyers, flippers, sellers, new construction, and everything in between. Always looking to expand my business, and remembered I had a BP Pro account, so thought I'd reach out and see if anybody wants to meet up or is interested in properties.

I come across off-markets frequently I'd be happy to share, as well as tips I've learned along the way from my own journey with home ownership and investing across 3 properties in the last 3 years. I've made plenty of mistakes, but I've also read many of the BP books you all have read and am fortunate to be around many successful people who I lean on as well.     @Griffin Malcolm I鈥檓 based in Rochester and operate across brokerage, property management, construction and investment real estate.

    We鈥檙e in different parts of Upstate NY, but I鈥檓 always interested in connecting with people who understand investing from both the brokerage and ownership sides.

    What types of off-market opportunities are you seeing most frequently around the Capital Region?

    Griffin, great to see another Upstate NY professional on here! I鈥檓 based out of Rochester myself. Sounds like you鈥檙e having a solid year, especially with $3.3 million closed and pending.

    I specialize in business funding through 850Floyd Financial, helping business owners and real estate investors access capital through 0% APR business credit cards, business lines of credit, business loans, SBA financing, and revenue-based funding.

    I also have access to shelf corporations for investors or business owners who may need an established entity with some age on it when exploring funding options.

    Since you work with flippers and come across off-market properties, I think there could be some good opportunities for us to connect and potentially help each other鈥檚 clients. I also work with referral partners, so there may be an opportunity for you to earn additional income from qualified funding referrals, where permitted.
