Started a land business last year. Have bought and sold several properties so far. I am now learning how to scale my business. Owner financing is the main strategy in order to develop an income stream that repeats month after month

Jason, welcome. It sounds like you have found a solid niche. How are you finding these properties? Are you acquiring them through a real estate agent or are you primarily sourcing them off-market?

    Hi Janice,

    Thank you.

Mostly from creating mailing lists from data sites like Zamplo. There are also a ton of counties that have lists of delinquent tax properties to mail to.

    Hey Jason,

I have previously been in the mobile home park space, but I am now looking to branch out into land investing and doing seller finance deals like you are talking about. Did you take any training courses or read any books to prepare you for this? Any favorite podcasts? So far I read dirt rich and dirt rich 2 by mark podolsky and did his basic land investing class. I like his podcast and the land academy. Just interested to see what you have found most helpful as far as resources and education as someone getting ready to jump in.

Also, I used to live in Augusta GA and now live in Reno, NV. I see you are from Atlanta!
