Houston Investors — What Areas Are You Targeting for Your Next Flip?

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to connect with more active real estate investors in the Houston area and learn more about what people are working on.

I work with Civic Financial Services, helping investors explore financing options for fix-and-flips, bridge loans, ground-up projects, and rental properties.

I'd like to build relationships with investors who are actively buying or planning their next project. I'm always happy to be a resource when financing questions come up.

For those investing in Houston, what areas are you focusing on right now, and are you seeing more opportunities with traditional flips or properties that need heavier renovations?

Looking forward to connecting with more investors in the area.

Glad to see another Houston professional connecting with the investor community. From the conversations I've been having, it seems like a lot of investors are still finding opportunities in heavier renovation projects where they can force appreciation, especially when compared to more traditional flips. Curious to see what others are experiencing in today's market.

Thanks, Gerald! I’ve been hearing similar things about heavier renovation projects and investors looking for ways to create more value. Seems like there could be some good opportunities for us to connect since financing and insurance both play such a big role in getting these projects across the finish line. Glad to connect with another Houston professional in the space.
