Oh wow, I got my question read out on a Real Estate Rookie podcast! Thanks Ashley and Tony, that was a most pleasant surprise this morning! I will absolutely take your advice and start getting my head into the game of 'what works for MTR or even STR', and.... start thinking about the risks (and my hesitancy to start) in out-of-town investing. I updated my thread with 'this week's numbers' (my original post was 4 months ago) but tl; dr - it ain't getting better, haha. Thanks so much for your advice, I really appreciate it!
