This means if the tenant has any drug or illegal paraphernalia the housing inspector is technically required to cite this individual for a criminal offense. 

The first time they are caught smoking or with smoking paraphernalia they will get a warning.

I have looked up prospective tenants on facebook to find them pictured with guns, drug paraphernalia and outright profanities in every post.

I don't understand why those concepts are so hard for people to understand, it's HARD WORK, it's expensive, and sometimes it sucks because all your peers are going to Europe, buying huge amazing houses, and you're doing demo in a gross house finding drug paraphernalia!    

At these cratering rents there will be increased space for homeless services, outreach offices to provide drugs and clean paraphernalia as well as more space to house and provide re-entry for convicted felons.

Let him know you want all drugs and paraphernalia removed from the property and set a time in 24-48 hours to inspect the property.

They left the unit in very bad shape (holes in walls, cigarette smoke smell, soiling and damage from unauthorized pets, graffiti and intentional damage, unflushed turd and vomit in the toilet, drug paraphernalia and liquor bottles, disgusting furniture and trash left behind, fridge, dishwasher and oven looked like crime scenes, cockroaches in the cabinets, grease down the drain, literally the works).
