A small subset of DSCR and portfolio lenders clearly separate foreign investor and foreign national guidelines instead of lumping them together.In many programs, a foreign investor is underwritten with no U.S. visa/green card and no FICO, while a foreign national profile requires additional documentation and is treated differently.
