Is it implementation?

That broader framework is something I’m actively working to understand and implement.

We did not have a trust, and set about having a trust implemented, and then we implemented the rest of the tricfecta. 

When investors understand why conflicts arise and how the resolution process works, they can implement practical systems that prevent most issues from escalating.

We’ve started implementing range lockouts as well, usually keeping cooling at a minimum of 68°F and heating at a maximum of 74–75°F, depending on the season.

I also know that the order in which you read them is also important as you can have all of the information, just not know where to implement it.I would highly appreciate if anybody else that has done a lot of reading could compile a short list of some books that have impacted them heavily and if so, what the best order to read them in is. 

I met with them virtually to test out new features with move/in move/out process/features they are building and want to implement, I think its great.

I love slow flips I was initially apart of Scott’s program but I ended up just reading his book and implementing the strategy last month I just did a slow flip with a outstate investor who had a a free and clear  i structured the deal to have it paid it off and 5 and sold it to a local female investor who wants more because she likes to buy on terms. 

I suspect there are dozens of ways to by pass this silly, unenforceable, likely illegal proposalIn addition, I have zero confidence that the proposal if it could be implemented and enforced would not have unexpected, undesired consequences.Best wishes
