@Mary Rutten@Scott Schultz   Mary I don't think Scott was talking about your guest speakersits well known that the bigger players in a market will troll the REIA's looking for newbies and dump houses on them that they may or not make money on.Eddie speed is there to sell his guru note courses... its how they drum up business.. these guys are all on a circuit and REIA's are part of the circuit.that said I have fond memories my Grandfather had a cottage on Lake Poygan out of Winneconnie  not sure if I am spelling those correctly.. but I spend many summers there in the late 60's and have very fond memories.I also remember though going back in the mid 80s with a car I rented in IL  and getting chased off of the driveway into the cabin by locals who I guess don't really like IL residents..

Look for knob and tube wiring, drum traps, glass fuses etc old oil heating system.It will definitely have lead paint so you'll have to be conscious of who you rent to.

Now here is the real killer part of the whole deal....drum roll...imagine if it could also extrapolate trending data and accurately predict ....ssshh lets not even go there.butMy manual testing has given proof already of the trending capabilities but I can't yet figure out how to get it past about 30 or 60 days.Need a better coder, more processor, I dunno something is missing.
