Every year to two years there are additional upgrades or modules that are added.

I can't imagine paying $1k on a private money creative financing module will save you money or be worth your while.  

I would not be doing it to make extra money, I would do it to avoid constant phone calls about unclogging a toilet, changing batteries in smoke detectors, changing lightbulbs, small things like that.I have seen this suggestion in other posts on BP.

You will have to take a 100 question quiz at the end of each module to show you've done the studying/course work.

With regards to real estate investing, TESLA is building a very large (second largest building by square feet in the world) to build the car batteries for mass production.

It's been taking me a while (the reading is great for falling asleep), but I recently switched tactics and am now completing about 2 sub-modules a day.  

When we were developing commercial business parks back in the late 90's we not only hired management companies, but hired a battery of consultants, a very expensive proposition, to provide us guidance on various best in practice options for HOA's to operate. 

We were just contacted by the wife that due to domestic battery against her, the husband is in jail.
