Private lending dvd advice

I am looking to buy the David Lindahl -Private money : creative financing. It costs $995 for the dvd and audio program and I am curious if anyone has bought it and if you have found this to be worth the money. 

Any other suggestions on the best product out there on raising private money from private money lenders? Not hard money lenders.

I can't imagine paying $1k on a private money creative financing module will save you money or be worth your while.  There are an ample amount of private lenders on BP or on Google that will help you find what you are looking for.
