Hi all,

I am considering to make an offer on an apartment building. Before I do, I want to view the sale prices for similar apartment buildings in the area and view what the current owner paid for the apartment building.

Can anybody please suggest good resources that can provide me with this information?

I am looking to buy the David Lindahl -Private money : creative financing. It costs $995 for the dvd and audio program and I am curious if anyone has bought it and if you have found this to be worth the money. 

Any other suggestions on the best product out there on raising private money from private money lenders? Not hard money lenders.
