There’s definitely a strategy to applying for business credit to avoid alerting other lenders that you’re shopping for credit.

Often, though, continuing to price shop for each turnover can yield very competitive rates and keep vendors "on their toes" in terms of bidding. 

The ball was dropped and it sold for $362.5k (I would have definitely been able to offer more but we were told there were 5 offers higher than ours, seems likely that was BS in hopes we would raise our offer substantially - I suspect our offer was shopped as our initial offer was $90k over initial ask).  

Example - I purchased an automotive shop with all the equipment intact at a bankruptcy auction for $117,000.
