It is so much easier to plan all the possible scenarios, choose the best path forward, and then implement it in a way that gets the desired results.Rather than trying to recover from an oppps, after the fact.Saving on taxes speeds up the next BRRRR.

If a program costs $10k and you have $10k, well then you have no money to implement what you learned, so it does not matter how good a program is at that point.

@Christopher Tinelli there is no "magic" source.You'll want to implement plans for 3-5 target sources and keep with them for at least 3 months. 

So far they seem very interested in creating customized solutions to allow us to implement @Tom Wheelwright's strategies.
