Residential Deal Analysis Challenges? For me, Speed.

Hey y'all. 

I just had a thought but for all my residential real estate investors, what challenges do you guys face when it comes to underwriting/analyzing deals? 

For us, it is speed. Our market is competitive and we strictly deal in cash offers for fast turnaround. We have had great success with our SEO implementation and the fruits are starting to show. But we totally get hung up on deal analysis in terms of how long it takes to get an offer on the table, sometimes missing out on a deal with a competitor offer coming on the table. 

We had a couple instances where we were getting a lot of mobile home deals and spent hours on all of them, and after a couple of months, we realized we didn't close a single one! 

Just wanted to jump in and see what others struggle with.
