Instead of bashing them...help them.  

I would at least understand the model before I bash it as a whole.  

I won't completely bash the gurus because a lot of their books are what motivated me to get into REI.

The buying power argument falls apart when you factor in wage inflation, is likely will surpass interest rate escalations.Finally, please stop millennial bashing--they are a smart group of kids.

She is calling my job, bashing me all over social media, etc.

According to both my Realtor and Zillow (please no Zillow bashing here) the properties have collectively appreciated about 40%.  

.😥...I’m not here to bash on any wholesalers within Our Come-Unity, but I AM suggesting that maybe it’s possible to create a New Wholesaling Business Philosophy where Wholesalers can partner with what I call “Small Money Investors” who’s small funds are specifically tailored towards funding simple Due Diligence processes with the intent of earning a healthy annual return.
