I've googled attorneys in my area and while there are some that say they handle real estate, I've wondered if that's the same as a real estate investment attorney. 

I served 5 years in the Marine Corps as a Military Working Dog handler/trainer and still do this job with the same dog as a civilian.

I don't read the news much, but I can't think of one time either of those two places made the headlines unless there was a tornado or something...And just to handle a potential objection that always pops up when people decide to invest 1,000+ miles away from where they live:Objection: Properties are more affordable there than where we currently live.Objection Handler: You can get a "more affordable" meal off the dollar menu at McDonald's, but I bet you don't go out to eat there on a Friday night. 

I live in FL so I know about having to use A\C year round.As you know people mention a brand and price but not model which will ultimately determine the total cost.I was in the exact same situation and due to the rusted coil tubing, and overall condition of the Air Handler decided for a total A\C replacement.Payne is considered "Builders Grade" lowest grade and some A\C guys argue not to install them because it reflects on their reputation when you have problems with the system.Look for the highest seer rated, quietest, best warranty HVAC that is fairly priced.The installer is a HUGE part of the HVAC's life span, along with your regular changing filters, cleaning coils when needed, cleaning drain lines and vacuuming dust out of the Air Handler Cabinet.

Clients want to know how you are going to sell THEIR home, and you should be able to tell them how you market homes and sell them.Begin to network with other professionals, such as attorneys who handle real estate closings, accountants, property management companies, insurance companies.  

One mistake was trying to choose by sq footage only because you really need a handler for each room even though one handler may cover the sq footage.

Any advice on the best medium to get a flexible, reliable work force that can handle real radar relates tasks in eastern North Carolina?

Have you ever seen one guiding a blind handler?

I use a different lawyer for landlord tenant matters than I do for real estate closings, but if you asked them if they handle real estate matters they'd both answer "yes".
