Anna Strausbaugh VA loans can be assumed by non-veterans

So if you're looking to sell for $500k and have an in-place $225k VA loan that's going to be assumed, they need to have $275k to put down, unless you want to carry a note (I see that light bulb that just lit up over your head, OP :P ).Pragmatically, I don't think this is for buyers or buyer's agents to ask about, that would be throwing spaghetti at the wall, unless maybe the home is in a military base town.

Once the seller hs accepted an offer, you should:a. be sure the buyer inspects the property the next dayb. wait for the selling sales associate to open escrow.c. help the seller meet all terms of the pruchase contract in a timely manner.d. help the buyer fill out the loan application in order to obtain financing.I know it couldn't be D. im thinking it is C.?

I'd strongly suggest that you not try to buy houses during the owner occupant period and then wholesale them - HUD takes a very dim view of this and has pretty steep fines they can levy if they find you out.You'll need an agent to submit offers on hudhomestore.com.
