This is based on no 30-day notice to vacate and stipulates an increase in monthly rental amount, but I planned to have them sign a new month-to-month lease with updated terms where I wouldn't raise the rent beyond a renewal is, however, I will let them know that this is an option for a couple months with intent to get back into a longer term lease, otherwise a month-to-month lease (over the longer term) would be a higher rate and not what I'm looking for.
