House Hacking in Today's Market
Hey everyone,
I’m a newer investor working toward my first duplex house hack and looking for advice from people who’ve already done it. I’m noticing deals seem harder to find compared to a few years ago. Is that mainly rates and low supply, or is something else going on? Do you think we’ll see better buying conditions again or is this the new normal?
