You click a button and it starts recording what you see on your phone live and everyone following you on Twitter gets notified that you're broadcasting live.

I also use a website called http://www.postlets.com for listing deals and add the link my mail list broadcast.

There was one property with foundation issues where they couldn't get $460k for it locally after making the rounds past all the local investors, they broadcast it on facebook for $560k and I think it sold in one day....cap rate of like 5%.

In the MLB, nobody has hit over .400 in a season since Ted Williams in 1941...which means he failed to hit 60% of the time he was at the plate, and everyone since then has failed at least as much!

Typically, the devastation does not live up to the hoopla that the media broadcasts(Hurricane Andrew is an exception) in Florida.
