It collects our rent, screens our tenants, broadcasts our properties for rent, has full accounting and reporting.

I'm ~80% finished, and I'm not broadcasting.

With the click of a button the system will broadcast our listing to Zillow, and about 20 other smaller websites.  

The irony is that the people actually building, fixing, and improving things rarely have time to broadcast it — meanwhile the hucksters make content all day.At the end of the day, the fundamentals haven’t changed: real wealth still comes from real work and real assets.

I think what we are seeing is with most of these folks having these issues and now with the internet these issues are broadcast wide far. 

I probably could have been clearer up front that I wasn’t talking about rentals, and that part is on me.I’m not here to sell anything.I’m not teaching a course, offering mentorship, or trying to build a following.And I have zero interest in creating competition or broadcasting the mechanics behind my business.All I wanted to do was share a perspective that’s different from the standard two strategies everyone talks about.

@Rosie Geller let me start of by saying I was in IT including live broadcasting of International tennis tournaments, so I have experience in security and security cameras.The problem with using security cameras are:- the resolution at night usually isn’t good enough to make identification unless you buy REALLY good cameras which will cost more then the AC unit you lost.- even if you get an alert, the response time of police isn’t fast enough and your equipment is long gone.
