New to the site and new to the REI game. My main focus is rental properties (mobile home, multi-family, &/or single home), although wholesaling a few contracts would be nice as well. My profession is in the electrical industry.

Welcome aboard, Chris.  My office is in Garland. I was alerted to your post because Garland was one of my keyword alert terms. Great tool. 

I also invest in mobile homes on land and have several in Hunt and Kaufman counties.
